Leftovers

Here's a variation. 1/2 turkey breast, roasted on the Egg. Took a pan and added some carrots, celery, onion, and garlic.

Added the turkey breast on top, then covered that in some softened butter. Coated that with some pecan seasoning. Over that I poured about a cup of white wine, and added another cup of water to the pan.

Roasted for 2 hours 20 minutes at 325 degrees until internal temp 160. Came out perfect! Light smokey flavor, crispy awesome skin. Plenty of gravy (more like Au Jus) on the bottom of the pan.

So juicy, perhaps the juiciest turkey I've ever eaten.

Plated. Turkey over some soft fresh bread, with the Au Jus poured on top of that. Then real brown gravy for the mashed potatoes.
