Green Pepper Ring Burgers

Green pepper rings stuffed with hamburger meat covered in Raising the Steaks seasoning, wrapped in bacon, more seasoning, on the Egg for 50 minutes at 250 degrees.

Two are covered in provolone cheese. Could eat it on a bun like a burger or stuff with meatloaf and eat with a fork.
