Pulled pork. I could eat this breakfast lunch and dinner every day.
The 5 pound Boston Butt (pork shoulder) coated with mustard then my favorite spicy brown sugar rub.

The freshly lit Egg with the charcoal piled high.

Once got up to temp (250) added some hickory chunks.

Waited 30 minutes and added the meat

The Egg doin it's thing

Took 10 hours to reach 200 internal temp.

That bone just fell right out

Pulled on the plate. I like my pieces big...
